At Alqerio S.A.S. ("Alqerio", "we") we handle personal data responsibly, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the complementary provisions in force in 2026. 2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, and message content); (b) technical data related to your visit (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source) generated in aggregated form when you allow analytics cookies; and (c) advertising measurement data if you authorize advertising cookies through Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: respond to your inquiries, inform you about real estate projects, improve our site, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and, with your prior consent, measure and personalize advertising campaigns. We do not take automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent (form and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in operating the site securely, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to our activity in Argentina.
